How the hell do useless people get promoted for not knowing anything. This guy has no degree, used to be a quality inspector but I guess he sucked the right schlong and now he's an engineer. Still does not know shit, this mofo is so bad at his job he could make a blonde look smart. Can't even speak English. So if you want a better position at Qualcomm and do not have the training/education, just work on your oral skills.
