Layoffs filed in a WARN notice

Targeting 12% (US employees) for late May. Number could go up or down from that level before announcement in March. This is coming directly from a conversation I happened to overhear between two janitors (en Español). Toilet ass gasket cut backs coming as well. You've been warned.
These 32 are new ones (not the same as the previously in 01/20)
QCOM may not be waiting until March. UT Business section had an article today that they terminated 32 people this week. Sal si puedes!
aft: I believe the "target date" for the layoff is March 16, 2016.
1.20.16 has been mentioned for months now. This is only news to those who do not read this forum. The big question is when is the next layoff ??
