For the past two-three years it appears that customer satisfaction is less than stellar in some divisions, and enough customers have left the company to cause a ripple of layoffs in Q1-Q2 of this year (2016). For instance, if you are in a division that has a smaller than usual sales pipeline and the perks are starting to get taken away. I’d recommend you start looking at other companies; because, it is just a matter of time before they start letting people go to keep the stock holders pleased with the financial numbers.

You are correct...but that should be obvious. Fiserv continues to push associates down on their rating (ranking) system. Low ranking should make you nervous that you will lose you job.
Forced ranking is the way of life at Fiserv.
The bigger question is which groups inside of Fiserv will be impacted by the RIF? How many RIF's will there be?
