Because of Baker wireline' marketing position not as strong as HALL's, Baker's wireline is on the on sale list.

Baker wireline on Spinoff list
BK Cementing Offshore was the only thing announced. US Land cementing was not included. If bHI were to sell a complete product line it would be the Pressure Pimping group. This product line needs to have a very driven focus on its business and Baker Highes was not the company that could do it. So if the deal goes through or not I believe that business line will be sold off.
