What do you expect from a company like EDMC that expects you to sell your soul for forty grand a year before taxes?

They don't even go to school anymore. Non-profits have saturated the market and the money river has dried up. It's business 101, find a market, get in early, dominate, get out when others finally catch up. They are still operating on dead practices and expecting the flow of money to be what it used to be. It will never hit pre 2012 again.
Even the dumb ones are to smart for EDMC's shenanigan. Duuuuuuh.
