Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

The word has finally gotten out!

What everyone who works there already knows, this company is bankrupt of ideas to make money, and is on life support. http://realmoney.thestreet.com/articles/01/26/2016/bank-america-life-support

This was a quote at the bottom of the article as a comment. Let us not forget the employees who are customers and most employees see the unethical treatment and games trickle down from top tier management. The quarterly review format is also permeated with arsenic against employees (with hidden meanings and negative loopholes).

....Funny thing this bank has the same reputation as Hildebeast: unlikable, untrustworthy and ethically challenged. How many times can you crap on your 'de-valued' customers and have them come back for more? You live in a world of fantasia! News flash: customers want to be able to trust their banks to handle their money and them with honesty, respect and integrity, all of which are foreign to your 'business model' You are TOAST!

Surely the SIM effort will save the day. Like the previous New BAC effort which was such an overwhelming success (said with sarcastic undertones). There are plenty of great ideas to really make improvements but when they are controversial or not consistent with the grand plan, they are ignored to the detriment of the bank and employees.

The bank won't get bailed out, they will simply start to divest the bank. Selling off the mortgage portfolio for starters.
