Given the nature of the IBM strategy for RAs (batches of small numbers) nothing would be reported in the suggested method (report only large RAs).
Those still fearing for their jobs need to know what is going on so that they can be prepared for the inevitable - this site is a good place to do that and we have been missing a forum like this.
Decreasing the severance foreshadows greater RAs as they are looking for efficiencies and cost savings with these terminations..... Heartless....
