I have been here almost a year and see no use for them . Plus the managers /babysitters . Purpose please?

Doug Glenn was the best in my 5 years here Martin won't look you in the eye which says it all, and Miller likes to hear himself talk, just my opinion.
Used to be way worse with the likes of SR, JC LJ JG....yikers
