it depends on the facility ... the one at the Huntsville shop ain't worth a tinkers damn. he's been there a year and is nothing but a lier ... covering his ass when shot goes wrong and he hasn't taken care of the things flagged.
At WFT we encourage everybody to sleep as much as possible. This cuts down on accidents and makes my life easy.
They make sure the 20 of us left are safe! They make sure our RADAR cards are good, they are the reason we still working! One day i hope i get a safety job so i can make a difference!
