When theres hardly any work ..ya get rid of the people that actually do the work from machinists To field engineers . Keep the middle management etc. So when work picks up they can call there bumchums up and give them a job again . Managers dont want ppl to manage .. Price of oil wont stay this low for long if it does ..WW3 too much $$ is wraped up in oil for all oil producing countries for this to continue somethings got to give. One way or another

Will the results today give us a inclination of whats to come? If bad some closures and headcount reduction.. If really bad ????
