Why can't Baker just be upfront with everyone about what is going on? Let the employees know so all these rumors can stop. It's hard not knowing day to day if there will be layoffs or when. It's stressful on families and our everyday life. Rumors are layoffs today after 4th quarter earning report is out, rumors are layoffs in March after bonus (which should have been given last year) is paid....This company use to be wonderful to work for, now some are hoping to receive a package, to be able to move on and let go of the stress. I was laid off in December and yes we are getting ICP.....that's if they are actually going to pay it out this year
Lay offs are starting to happen again. Looks like they are doing layoffs before the bonus in March. Anyone laid off the past month get a decent severance package ?
I can tell you firsthand that there is life after Baker. So glad to be free of the daily B.S. AND those morons who shoveled it around in the hope that something beautiful would grow.
There are plenty who would take a voluntary RIF just to get on with our lives while merger shenanigans linger.
Eat a lot of fast food if you are stressed. Extra cheese and salt. Try working for a little while. Baker or baker employees suck anyways. Better shut down soon. We will help you run out of business on our end.

It's very stressful on families worrying if they will have a job and health insurance ! Baker owes it to their employees to let them know what's happening !

I agree 100% with your comments. I love my job, but the stress of the uncertainty is making me love it a little less.
