Trying to burden us with nonsense so we'll just quit

Everyday I get asinine emails talking about new procedures and new training. We're going to start doing this or that crap. We're barely hanging on yet the army of supervisors and managers just sit around all day thinking of new stuff to make the job more difficult than it is. All this stupidity takes time, thus money we apparently don't have. We need a massive supervisor/manager reduction. They can take HR with them. Just a gang of busy bodies, annoying the money makers.

Since you are not qualified to do the task according to our qualification assessments, no one in BHI will be able to perform any task by April. Though there are countless people in Houston trying to justify their job by shaking down a station manager in small town OK because he hasn't qualified his electricians who have 15 years experience with the same task.

This is so true world over . It is farcical the amount of coarse's on rubbish that we are hit with when our workmates are being sacrificed to appease the management gods. Oh don't forget to submit your performance link in achieve so some assistance gets their bonus.

Take your achieve classes on the new acronym for backing and movement. Watch the video of how to talk to someone who refuses to do every new step in order. If they're defiant, call the new anonymous backing crisis number.

Don't forget to call Journey management to tell them when you're planning on backing up so they can call after to make sure you made it. I'm also gonna need 5 observation cards on the backing and a pre-drug test.

Haha! So true. An idiot backs into a pole so we all must now demonstrate proper backing without hitting said pole. Must follow the weekly improved 21 step assessment for movement before movement can be authorized. Find 8 other employees to observe and participate. Movement can only be carried out by trained employees with movement licenses signed off on by Craighead.
