Calculate your hourly pay rate at 12 weeks on. (at 24hrs/day). Probably would be better off flipping burgers at McD.
New 12 / 4 rotation schedule will start 1st March, except for directional drillers who remain on present schedule. Ike will be very happy with that.
4 weeks off, why not just make it 2 weeks in the camp? and give all us a local contract?

Ha, fire some field engineers (25%), increase the working schedule, balances out. No problema then.
Also changing all field engineer rotations, 12 weeks on 4 weeks off.
Many field people, all departments.
