A new hire at IBM US. I saw a page in w3 that is saying the definition of the position codes (something like seven digits). Do you know where I can find my position code?

On W3, go ahead and click on "IBM Workplace - My w3" ---> Career and life ---> You and IBM homepage ---> Your personal information (About you) ---> Compensation.
You will see your job family, position code, band/suffix etc.
