Qualcomm is paying big buck to those VPs and directors and yet none of them Have f---ing clue on how to get the company out of its current situation. They are truly worthless!!!!! The only thing they good at us telling engineers below them to work harder. What a parasite these people are!!!!

Well put OP. Everyone above Senior Staff is just there to save the jobs - no vision for the company because the senior staffs have to fight each other. The (Senior) Directors are worthless imbeciles hired from the streets mostly. Gifts as Principal engineers to worthless engineers who cant work in a team. The VPs and EVPs dont even know what engineering is. Too much dilution. And who on earth is this new dude posting to ask us to be positive!?
ipvp & iryg: Most of us know that the decisions at QC follow a top-down trajectory, and that people at the VP level and below have no real power--aside from playing favorites with performance reviews. That is part of the problem. Even when informed of the problems that exist, and that are responsible for undercutting morale, the SVPs and above take no action to fix it.

I agree, it is unethical and possibly illegal to post slander about our company. The business fundamentals remain solid and our leaders will continue to reward us with generous salaries and job benefits. If you say bad things about your workplace you are just harming your chance of being happy and successful. Stay positive everyone.
OP, Please understand that VP level and below have virtually no power to make any significant decision to fix QC. You should brake on SVP and above.
