This is bigger... Layoffs in one sector lead to layoffs in others. If anyone should see pay-cuts, it's the CEO's and board members who make 2,000 times what the average entry level worker sees. IBM too - stop layoffs... Those whose actions lead to millions being tossed out on the street or the unemployments lines should be subject to repercussions for them, if nothing else they should take a pay-cut.
