Looks like they are about to announce more divestitures to appease regulators. Anyone have any knowledge as to which baker product lines? I've heard a few rumors myself from a reliable source.

DCF is part of additional divestiture. MEAP PLD of DCF is now part of integration team

The deal is dead. I don't know why they're still playing this game. If they really want it, hold on until Obama leaves office.
