In addition, as we continue to face harsh market conditions, we plan to reduce our cost structure by effecting a further headcount reduction of 6,000 which we expect to have completed during the first half of 2016. We will also close another 9 manufacturing and services facilities. We will also continue to rationalize our operating facility footprint. In line with these cost reduction measures, the full year forecast for capital expenditures will be $300 million, 56% lower than our 2015 spending.

They got rid of safety all together and passed the responsibility off to the SS. THAT WAS SMART SEEING HOW THE SAFETY GUYS NEVER HAD ANY PPE OR SENSE OF DIRECTION. Couldn't even enforce a stop work authority

All I see on the site is safety this and safety that. If you have that much time to sit and complain about safety maybe you should be let go as well.

Perhaps you former employee whiners should be looking for a job at a company who will tolerate your mediocre self instead of ragging on the company who was tired of tolerating your mediocre self.

Uh excuse me on safety, journey management is hardly ever followed, or done correctly. Why did Weatherford lose its DOT rating from Satisfactory to conditional in ALS. Maybe safety and the managers should be minding the store.

In regards to cutting the safety, we work for oil companies. They have requirements we must meet. Why do you think we have a journey management program? Not because it does anything, but because we have clients that wont let us work for them if we dont. Same goes with our safety record. There are metrics we must meet.

Read the press release. "The best safety record in the Company's history." They arn't going anywhere.
