I would say a combination of Tier I - Tier II employees, Tier 5 middle managers, and Tier 4 executive managers.
Shareholders and employees don't like being lied too ... it's a common theme from management - lack of integrity.
I bet this was the same person who was complaining about not cutting the dividend a couple months ago. You people are just impossible to satisfy.
