Got our letters today, total bonus of $0.00 Then someone in Rig mentioned they got theirs... even if it was small it was still something. Also, dont ask is to give to the united way 2 hours after you tell us we dont have a bonus and should be thankful we have a job.

Rigs group managers and salary people who were on the plan got 39% of the 100%
Only engineers & sales got one for PFT from what I know. Manufacturing & Operations got screwed
lucky you I didn't even get the letter saying it was $0. no direct deposit nothing at all and no one with an answer about it.
PCG and Rig employees that I know say they got a bonus. Even HR which technically reports to corporate not the facilities they work at.
Personal thought would be if the minimum target wasn't reached no one across the board should have received one.
