I'm just happy it isn't the Northeast getting slammed again let some of these hick town losers get a taste of it for a while!! Who cares that a redneck town is getting hit with layoffs? For the uneducated northerners, Duncan,is in Oklahoma. Yes, it's the birth place of Halliburton, not Texas, Duncan has already been hit and there isn't even 3200 employees left. You may want to consider that Halliburton record, is to move everthing even FURTHER SOUTH or OVERSEA'S, where they can save money!

Instead of slamming your coworkers in a different state, how about some Christian charity and sympathy for the people who will loose their lively hood. Who will be displaced, who will have to start over. This is the funniest post on here. The people in Duncan are pretty touchy about the cut backs. If you haven't noticed there's an abundance of equipment these days. So maybe no one will be making equipment. When the unemployment runs out they'll still need grounds keepers over at HEI. Maybe some displaced fracers can mow some grass and clean the pound.
