We're not taking anything out on anyone. It doesn't make sense to promote Doug. You can get mad if you like but the numbers overall speak for themselves. It's not the employees fault that AIO is peddling a substandard product to dumb people.
The funny part is that you trolls worry about stuff like this while the real employees do their jobs. Do yourselves a favor and either quit or shut up. You people must be beyond stupid. No one is going to get Carla's or Mark's old jobs. It doesn't make sense financially. The company is surviving without those positions. So Doug can keep dreaming.
because he's smart and has the best team. Not to mention he's been there long enough to know that when someone gets demoted they always get a second chance. Countless examples at AIO....it makes perfect sense. Why take a chance on someone new who could be successful when we can promote someone who has patently failed once before?
