We should strike. If tool hands and workers refused to come to work for even 1 day, all together, upper management would be forced to change their 'strategy'. Our request are simple and humble. Start laying off the multiple layers of managers who produce nothing and stop laying off the workers who deal directly with your customers, the people who build your tools, the people who put the tools in the ground.
