Be thankful you are not working in the oil/energy sector. It's 100x worse right not. I keep saying the big crash and massive joblessness is going to happen in the oil/energy sector this time, not tech per se. Tech will get hit, but it will be mild relative to oil/energy and retail.

The interesting part is the worst in the energy sector and retail and banking hasn't even come yet. We have yet reached a point in which energy companies are defaulting and creditors not able to collect on the massive loans made out to these energy companies yet. And we haven't felt the impact yet of countries like Iran that will be adding even more supply to the already glut of oil.
Give another year and two, we're going to see a huge capitulation of valuation in energy companies, massive unemployment, massive defaults. The question isn't if the bottom going to fall out, the question is when...Sort of a government bailout, it's going to happen.
