Why isn't Ryan being shown the door and being paid out to the end of the month like everyone else?

ConocoPhillips used the employment laws here in Texas to foce rank employees at "poor" performers ... its legal to do that to ten percent of the employees, then they turned round and let them go with no severance, bonus or stock grants. Who thinks Ryan was in the bottom ten percent of CEO's this year based on a forced ranking?
Hey, maybe he will donate his salary to the employees for an extra good vcip......almost said that with a straight face.
Wouldn't doubt it. He blew a big hole in his diaper this quarter. He'll never have any credibility on the street or within the investment and shareholder community after his ongoing dividend deceit the past six months. The entire management team looks like a team of schizophrenic rookies. The company deserves better.
What will his golden parachute be? Mulva got about $250 MM. Lance did less damage to the company, but did not work as long. $50 MM is what I predict.
Oh no, please do not hold the hand rail.
Good riddance! Liar!
Yea, it is hard to carry on with his salary and benefits package while misleading the employees and financial analyst! One more item, Lance make sure to hold the hand rail as you walk your ass out the building.
