From many years of experience at COP I can attest that if you follow just one key principle you'll be fine during the next wave of layoffs; i.e., it's never too late or too early to kiss your bosses butt. And keep doing it early and often. Follow my advice and you might survive the next firing squad.

Wow.. Sage advice, huh?.. How about pay off all of your revolving credits accts., minimize your expenses, and start looking for for employment at another company before the hammer falls. At least have some effing self respect and dignity, unlike the op. That dbag deserves to get canned...
