Manufacturing workshop closing down and moving to Conroe

Aberdeen will be moved to Conroe...?
Houston move seems improbable as facilities and operations are cheaper in Conroe. Also, it seems like a gross waste of time and money to move the warehouse and centrifuge shop to shut down the plant in the next couple of months. Sale of Brandt seems more probable than outright closure.
But there is another rumor saying Conroe will be consolidated and moved back to Houston or either shut down.
Looks like several manufacturing functions are being consolidated to Conroe. Should be somewhat good news for the Conroe facilities in the long run.
Any news on what will happen to engineering and projects?
