Go to the link I provided and scroll down to WARN notices. Open up 2016 document and you can see that on Jan.29,2016 NOV gave notice.

129 employees laid off? There's is only 131 in the plant total.
The WARN notice on TWC site list 129 employees will be laid off on May 31, 2016.

Come May, will all employees be terminated or "laid off"? Curious about the right terminology for this situation. Any extra compensation above severance?
