For your meeting be respective, on time and fully supportive. Don’t worry about ideas that have not worked out in the past. Keep pursuing as you only need to be right once. Try and refrain from posting what should be your positive and supportive comments until after business hours. You're just as important as your superiors are and as a whole will prevail.

Who remembers DDD's first townhall, when he put up a graph of stock price and called everyone out saying "is this really the best you can do, because this is this the report card of your work" ...well Doug is this the best you can do?
