Yes. Todd Ferguson (TF) has no human being skills. Needs to be moved to a high level engineer position and allowed to just talk to computers. I don't know why Andy Zolper puts up with him. Andy Zolper has to be smart enough to know Todd Ferguson is one of his biggest insight survey problems Andy Zolper has.
Andy Zolper seems to get frustrated and angry easy. Takes it out on the "little people".
Lol....you must not have worked on the Cyber Threat team as they are certainly favorites of management. All IT Security management sucks at RJ. And yes, it starts at the top and continues through the ranks. Anyone who doesn't think LD is a fan favorite of TF and AZ is absolutely crazy. TF. Smart but lacks management or personnel skills. AZ. Highest turnover rate of associates in the company. Worst survey ratings in years. These people fired people who actually did their jobs and worked, yet somehow, they completely fail at running an entire department and continue to get promoted. SMH. Never look back at RJ.
I work in IT Security and I would never recommend a RJ job to a friend. Andy Zolper is a jerk of a manager. Only cares about himself and climbing the ladder. The people below him are just backs to stand on to better reach the ladder.
