Our management is so poor and lax it’s not even funny… Business outlook – horrible… Effort level – amazing, you will be worked to death and you will remain underpaid. You ability to move up will be stifled by many – at any step… The resources, data, systems, contacts given to you to excel in your position, will be non-existent. Customers will be angry, they will sell stuff that they do not have – and you will be expected to do miracles. Try to change things – you’ll be slapped. Cars suck, sometimes, it’s bad. Good luck finding someone who can help you elevate your career, shut the f--- up and work, that’s the motto. Six days a week, no exception. I wish Hertz lays me off so I can catch my breath and relieve years of stress. Things will get worse in 2016 and more job cuts will come (not only in IT and Finance as stated below)…

Before they became hertz global holdings or some silly name like that they were a good company. Cared about customers and employee's but not anymore. Hope they rot in corporate hell.
I recently left hertz after 4 yes of the disrespect, and abuse. Worst job I have ever had! Overworked, expected to work miracles, oversold to customers, allwes employees to commit fraud on customers just to keep numbers up. Lies to daily. Just painful life changing stress
