As someone who was with the company most of '15, not that it would matter to anyone, but I will be po'd if I hear bonuses are paid. Seriously, pay out bonuses when the company is drowning in debt? Would make no sense!

There will be bonuses paid out, including a prorated to those laid off last year. The percentage will be announced this Thursday, February 18th.
180% VCIP at Phillips 66. Haha.
We were fired for cause. Cause the price of oil!!! You big dummy!!!
Hey PO'd, you pretty naive. Of course they will take care of the shareholders before the employees
so the 3 billion they paid in dividends doesn't piss you off but the 250 million or so in vcip would? I am pretty sure there would be no money if it wasn't for the 17k or so employees that work all year that haven't gotten any kind of pay raises and would like a little incentive for working. I for one know I would like it. I work many hours of overtime and am not compensated because I am salary and then to get told I won't be getting anything is a kick in the balls. If I hear one more time, "you are lucky to have a job" I might lose my shit. I was lured away from a job that paid almost as much as I get now and when I worked extra hours I was compensated so don't tell me how lucky I am.
If you worked most of 15, you too will get a prorated VCIP...unless you were fired for cause.
Dude wtf I need that bonus money
Prepare to be PO'd. VCIP will be paid on 2/26.
bonus are earned for performance during the previous year. I hear that in Chevron if you worked at least 3 months you are eligible for pro-rated bonus
I would be PO'd if we took care of the shareholders before the employees.
Thanks Ryan,
