Thread regarding Weatherford International Ltd. layoffs

Odessa laid off 25+ frac employees (EOs, SS, FS, Engineers) Close coming soon.

Hit with 2 million dollar fine last week. Reinspection is scheduled for 21 days with a possible 2 million dollar fine again. There is nothing but San Antonio crew left to hold on.

Tell me how we had environmental pollution? Did the guys from San Antonio come dump stuff on the Odessa yard or was it the not so caring folks in Odessa washing their trucks, spilling shit, being lazy....tell me guys.....Did y'all run your shop like your homes/shops at home or a pig pen!

Can't close San Antonio until the landscape is paid for. $240,000 for the dead grass, and big rock. Never had any good work. Good investment. Train all of the EO in Alice with no work. Weatherford at its best.

Regardless bringing in another districts crews to show a profit so they don't get closed down while that district loses money and get butchered with layoffs and shutdowns makes no sense. Happened to Decatur and Oklahoma now to Odessa why? Because they spent too much money on a brand new San Antonio yard to shut it down so do whatever to save it.

We are trying to figure out how the San Antonio crew is smarter than us unless you factor in being bilingual and not speaking English most of the time on location? If thats the case then that makes San Antonio crew registered geniuses...

FYI ~ That's against Weatherford SOP also but you're "smarter" I'm sure you already knew that!

I dont think no one knows the day but considering they have cut 90% of the districts employees & the rate they're selling off equipment it's probably fair to assume it's definitely one of the 9.

San Antonio crews are smarter, as they don't live in Odessa. It worked itself out.

That makes total sense let's spend money on man camps to house other district workers because it's more logical than I don't know uh allowing Odessa crews to do the work? So tell me when was the last time San Antonio crews had work around their area?
