Any truth to the rumor that the COST team is coming back to further adjust the organizations? Clearly the L48 would be targeted for review due to the complete lack of ability to manage their business durning an economic downturn. Big D is currently looking like a helpless fool with no idea which way to turn or how to make a difficult decision. I would feel sympathy for him if he wasn't a complete narcissist

Wrong! No truth to that at all. The COST Team (or LOST Team as the were called) is TOAST!!
Yes please. Get back together and finish the job. Hire an independent consulting company or company turnaround experts; internal folks can't get it right.
The only safe roles are running rigs or managing production - not roles the cost team are interested in. :)

Holy crap! Everyone look out. The COST team is only looking to get better jobs for themselves and position themselves better in a layoff. They could have no qualifications but will replace whoever they want and fill that position with a COST team member. Guaranteed!
