Can someone explain why we have an Army of Contractors and Expats working on Bayu Undan Infill Wells Project in Perth...Why can't IOSC Projects take over such a small project scope to cut costs?

Yes, it certainly seems strange since COP is exiting offshore, subsea & deepwater. It must be a pet project for someone "high up" in COP. Very strange decision by someone.
