If SWN is not acquired, post haste, it will fall into bankruptcy. The company does not have the appropriate leadership to figure things out. Placing a $5.4 billion value on trapped reserves, no hedges and expiring leases was just flat STUPID! Stupid is what stupid does! I feel sorry for all of the young, 5 years and less experience, who believe this is the proper way an oil and gas company should be run.

The CEO will tell all that SWN is now a better and more improved company. Why? Because they laid off 1100 people? Any company can resort to that. Andreas Halvorsen and David Tepper hedge fund operatives bought millions of SWN shares. I believe not because they are awaiting SWN's slow 20-year growth, but for some major to do a buyout.
