I would really prefer an outside Company come in and assess costs and do layoff recommendations instead of the same old internal "buddie system".....if your going to clean house use bleach!

An external consulting firm specializing in transformation and change ... now that's and idea. Any other somution will be packed with employees with self serving interests.
I agree! The same turds that have screwed up the Permian Unconventional Project are going to be allowed to make more bad decisions? None of the promises that they made last April were delivered...so get rid of Babee Mabee and his major capital projects toads!
