another year and zero pay rise!!!!, we now have a situation where man is working opposite man doing the same job, in certain cases doing a better job but in many cases for less money, lots less money, pounds an hour in some cases, how does that make you feel?, guys who deserve to be recognized and given a lift up the pay scale floundering in the dirt and for how long?, losing thousands, tough times but why shoulkd individuals suffer?all in it together? but some are much better off than others, sneakily creeping along in the shadows, picking off overtime here and there and raking in historically higher pay rates, injustice is the norm at woodside road , how does it make you feel?, what does the pain smell like?
