I would like to report the squatter to the IBM HR or whoever is responsible here. Does anyone know the procedure or the HR team that I can report this aweful incident to? He is making the restroom fairly unusable by soiling the seats. In all fairness, I can do some functions standing, yet that covers only 50 percent of my use cases.

About what one would expect from an IBM 'employee'. Don't worry, soon you and he will be identified and laid off in due course.
