Since the earning statement with all the announcements went out I do not know of anyone at SRO that has been let go, and it is one of the biggest R&D facilities in the company. Lots of people talking about rumors of one kind or another, but no action so far. It is a bit unnerving.
I'm in R&D, half of my group was recently let go even though we were really busy designing and shipping stuff out.
Hopefully it is anectudal but who knows. Everybody is cutting.
Is this true/verified, or just another troll posting more bs? It has been awfully quiet around here considering they announced a 15% company wide head count reduction and a 35% R&D budget cut, so there are a lot of us wondering what is going to happen. Fake information does not help, though.
How many are left? Job titles?
