It's funny our competitors are doing exactly the opposite and execs are taking pay cuts along with asking ALL employees to do the same in an effort to save the ship when this correction is over and waters are smoother again. Perhaps that is why we are so far in debt and heading for bankruptcy!
Bernard should refuse any Bonus and take a voluntary pay cut. But that would mean he actually puts others above his own personal gain. So I guess that is not going to happen!
Layoff laws need to be more strict against corporations.... so much wrong doing going on!
