So about three months ago our lease was up c?mand it wasn't renewed....I don't think this is a good sign for us. Or maybe I'm just overthinking things? It's sad that after eight years working there I still make 7.25...

Was your store sold in the REIT transaction or the lease just wasn't renewed? If it's the latter, prepare to begin job hunting. Your store may possibly be closing soon.
