I just signed and submitted my seperation package. Thus next year will be stress free. So glad they offered it again before i lost everything.

What will happen to the ones who didnt sign? If let go, will they still get the package like last time?
I was not offered the package, but i wish i would have been. Change the criteria and see who is willing to go. Offer a voluntary severence to every employee and see what happens

You made the right move. The qualified people with confidence in themselves move on from a loser like WFT.
The others - well, they just hang on. They feel like they have to.
Meanwhile, the executives and senior managers make the big money and the executives make massive bonuses and all the perks.
It's just ridiculous.
