What is the best way to ensure the company has a shit plan for the brokers? Notify sales of layoffs in the midst of planning. Hilarious that they cannot understand this.

Have heard some this week and bulk next week. However the lack of enthusiasm is palpable around the company and they may want to accelerate the announcements
I heard from hr sales will hear later this week and the entire company will find out next Monday future plans.
I have heard that sales announcements are next week...week of 1/11/16.
