Do you think Macy's management will be invited to inaugural balls if Trump elected? Lundgren, Gennett all need to go. All their ideas to fix business are 5 years late or cost a lot of investment $. And they hire another pretty face to fix it- MacFarlane- why do you need Gennett if you have him? I've worked with them as a vendor and have had multiple reference requests from current employees. The good folks that still work there are too paranoid to present solutions or opportunities...

When do you start to see some of the Senior Management responsible get layed off? Their arrogance has led to failure.
Year after year thousands of people are getting laid off from macys. And every year macys says that are going to reinvent themselves. Who would ever want to work there.? This is the 7 year in a row.of lay offs. the senior managers get to keep their jobs while the real workers are let go. Good thing I let my Macy's stock months ago. Just plain awful.

Last year the DM Jason Neal predicted and wanted to get rid of The RDM program. No valid point just thought it was a good solution to the budget. He made it quite clear that the program was worthless and was unkind to many RDM's during the weeks leading up to the 2015 cuts in January. Good Luck to everyone this January and remember everything will work out in your favor no matter what happens. Be kind and help those who may loose their jobs after a hard holiday season.
