The divestiture being delayed has put a snag in my timeline, but when it happens my prediction will come true. Guess what, Q4 sucked and you can bet that after results are reported another MASSIVE layoff will be announced.

It's amazing how HAL Laid off many senior guys, US Veterans, and US Citizens, with and without degrees, But Why are they keeping so many People with B1 Visas or Work Visas in the USA???? They Should be the first ones to go back to their countries, dont you all think? It's a lot of guys with HAL sponsorship still working for the company and looks like they are untouchable. do you want me to start mention all the names ???/

Glad you are honest about the spin, since that is spin of a politician or CEO calibre.
The merger was suppose to be done EARLY in the second half of 2014, then it got pushed back to a firm deadline of mid December.
Now the new tentative merger date is halfway through the second quarter.
The merger is scheduled to close 10 months after the initial close date.
To put a positive spin on it comrades, the merger was to complete in 2nd half of 2015. I guess then one could argue that as of today the plan is only 5 days behind. They should put more lawyers and politicians on it.
