People I feel sorry for is anyone that WASN'T management. saw good men fight the stupidity of fat cat white shirt managers who had no idea how to order parts, store or turn a simple screw, having to tell engineers why it wouldn't work,(and right every time) and some of the dumbest mangement decisions I've ever heard. ALL AVOIDABLE IF had just listened to the workers in the pit! And then the constant worry of WHEN the layoffs. SCREAM
SHOULD be glad my dh is away from it. But when you see a man of integrity whose respected by all out of mega yrs job and have to worrywhat's next, and wonder if age is too much for another company to hire him. No words!!!
