The package description letter said the payment will be made on the 50th day of the termination date, which is Nov. 20, 2015. So now it passed the 50 days already. But I have not got the check yet, I remember that I asked this date before I left, the HR mentioned on the first/second week of January 2016 or so, but I forgot the exact date. Anyone got the payment already or know the exact pay date to expect? Thanks and best wishes...

Got the money!
Nice to see the $$ in the bank, but they sure taxed the hell out of it - 39% for federal and almost 7% for state....ouch.
I checked with my HR rep yesterday. If your last day was 11/20 the money would be deposited today, 1/8.
