What about people like Chuy, Stuart , Erica, Danial. That do not know a decent thought and just steal ideas. Claim to be company people but are just two-faced backstabbing arrogant obnoxious self centered, attention whores. Having little regard for anyone as long as they get what they seek. Stepping on hard working dignified people as long as in the end they get an award that they do not deserve. I will not be like them even if you have to shut down the whole company.
You people just don't know how to survive at GE? Know you know that now is the time to call in all favors and keep the good ole boy mentality alive. You've always existed as different companies Hyrdil, Vetco Gray, Lufkin, power water, turbines, etc... Now, only the verified GE employees will remain. You know, the young cheap kid out of college? Those apartment dwellers who desires no kids, wife or husband? The key is to act like your a real GE employee and not apart of the umbrella and pretend that you care about nothing but GE and you will make the next cut that has been planned since JUNE of 2015. All you board members or shall I say claimed board members should have new about this. Well, I am loving my new job, the money is a little less and I do mean a LITTLE less, NO major stress from country yard confederates managers, and I am a person now; not a number. Remember, do not tell your managers that you need your job or you have a family to take care of cause if you do? Your the first to go as all good employees have. For those with smart comments, here's the reality to them. Save 50 cent on every dollar bud.
