A customer is the person who PAYS you. The university is NOT your customer. You PAY the university. Better take care of the student. Oops too late for that. Follett is run by morons.

I make it a point of mentioning that they can immediately turn around and use the gift card on the rest if their books. Too bad it wont bring customers we lost already back into the store!

How's the price matching working? Explained it to a student & when I mentioned price difference going on a store gift card, they said thanks but never mind. Seriously HO, do you think this is what customers want? When you price match at Home Depot, Walmart, etc., they give the lower price!! Of course the stores will be blamed for this failure.

Yep down 30% and a line already pissed off about no used! Jeese, you'd think we had a total loser in charge of whol...oh wait we did and fired him so he doesn't have to see his 'hard work' yield horrible results. Never mind the Uni's got 20% fewer students its all our fault because we're not hassle free enough! Seriously, bean counters at the HO, GFY.
